    • Oiles Fiberflon TR Multi-layer polytetrafluoroethylene plastic bearings

    The Oiles Fiberflon TR line of bearings are self-lubricating bearings with woven and especially plastic-processed polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fibres and other fibres on the friction surfaces for the best performance with plastic, metal, and other backing materials.

    Features

    • Suitable for use without the need for lubrication. Provides superior performance in high-load, low-speed situations.
    • Shows the PTFE plastic's low coefficient of friction in its natural state.
    • The sliding surface is made of cross-woven fabric hardened with plastic to significantly improve cold flow, a disadvantage of PTFE.
    • Can be used in both freshwater and seawater.
