Oiles Fiberflon FW - Multi-layer polytetrafluoroethylene plastic bearings

On the friction surfaces of the Oiles Fiberflon FW series, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fibres and new-material fibres are used. The load-bearing back layer is made of a high-strength epoxy resin reinforced with glass fibres.

Features

Suitable for use without the need for lubrication. Provides superior performance in high-load, low-speed environments.
Allows for abrasive friction conditions. Also applicable in fretting sliding conditions.
Has excellent chemical resistance.
The Food Sanitation Act is followed.
The standard products come in a variety of sizes.
