Oiles 2000 - Sintered multi-layer bearings with dispersed solid lubricant

The Oiles 2000 series of bearings are multi-layer composite bearings with sintered sliding surfaces and steel back metals. In the sintered layer, which is sintered and impregnated with oil, a solid lubricant primarily consisting of graphite is disseminated.

Features

The use of a dispersed solid lubricant allows for motion in any direction and provides improved performance for small movements.
Standard products and plates for further machining come in a variety of sizes.
Lubrication is not required for service.
High load resistance, speed characteristics, and wear resistance.
